Egg Oat Bowl

Recently an Egg Oat Bowl as I would like to call it has become one of my fabric dished for breakfast. I have always loved oatmeal for breakfast but noticed that I wasn't creating a "full" meal consisting of carbs, protein, and fat.

The simple solution was to add egg whites to my oatmeal. At first the thought of mixing eggs and oatmeal was a little weird to me because i've always ate one or the other for breakfast. In the end it was the best decision i've ever made.

For my egg oat bowls I make egg whites, oatmeal, and then add fruit and / or peanut butter. Below are the specific brands I like to use for these ingredients:
